Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Infiniqe Marketing, you will be vital in creating visually stunning and effective designs that support our client’s digital marketing strategies. Working in collaboration with our diverse team, you will produce engaging design assets across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and delivering impactful visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, including
    social media graphics, website banners, display ads, email templates,
    infographics, and other digital assets.
  • Align design solutions with clients' brand identities, marketing objectives, and
    target audiences.
  • Maintain high creativity while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, campaign goals, and target audience preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters to integrate design and content seamlessly, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
  • Liaise with web developers to ensure effective implementation of design elements on websites and landing pages.


  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry
    innovations to bring fresh and innovative ideas to design projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative concepts and design strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing visual concepts and design directions that align with clients' marketing objectives.


  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prepare design assets optimized for digital platforms, considering web and mobile viewing experiences.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or illustrators, when necessary.


  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables created by team members, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining design excellence.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email, and display advertising.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetic
